I called them and got a quote for $289
Progressive was $310

I do have a 98 ultra but cheaper than the others

Markel here too in DE

Customer service is OK. But the prices are unbeatable around here. Called 5 places or used many more online service quotes. Markel was always cheaper. Literally about 1 4th as little.
