Down here in Florida GEICO has been very good compared to the other leaders in the business. Nations was also good but you get better perks with GEICO.
That is good to know. My ricer was insured with Progressive at what was a very reasonable premium, but their premium for my Ultra Limited was considerably higher, so I gave Geico a shot and they beat the quote by a pretty significant amount, so I went with them.
Having all my vehicles and home with State Farm gets me a better bike insurance rate than any other company can touch. I have gotten quotes from them all and it's no contest. But, if you are only insuring your bike without any multiple discounts then that is a whole 'nuther story.

USAA switching to Progressive is what sent me to GEICO. Switched insurance on my Road Glide, R6 and Jeep and it ended up being half of what I was paying with USAA. On top of that, GEICO gives me a $300 check during the winter when the bikes are in storage.
GIECO did me a solid after my accident also.
I've had them since 2006, after a year with progressive.
Totaled my bike! gave my 8K and that was with my bike having 140K miles!
I was able to get an 02 Ultra with 55K for 7K and a little left over to personalize it
