07 has 1 inch bearings and 08 has 25 mm bearings .. wheels are same but to use them on your 08 you MUST swap bearings..no biggy

yes IF you remove them carefully with correct tools..if you pound them out throw them away and get new bout 45.00 per wheel i believe
