Default 2008 Softail Deluxe 5,820 miles, $10K in extras, Immaculate

For sale is my 2008 Harley Davidson FLSTN Softail Deluxe EFI 6speed. It has only 5,820 original miles, clean title, all factory service records and only serviced by Classic Harley Davidson, Leesport, Pa. Asking $13,500 ***Call or text Dave at 610-301-3872***. Located in Reading, Pennsylvania.

At 2,780 miles the 96" twin cam was professionally upgraded with Hillside Cycle ported heads, Andrews 37H cams, Smith Brothers pushrods, Cometic head gaskets, etc.. installed and dyno tuned by Classic Harley Davidson, Leesport, Pa. I have all receipts and the dyno sheets. 95hp/99tq at the wheel on a soft tune. It comes with the Screaming Eagle Pro Super Tuner and cable.

It is in excellent +++ show condition, garage kept, covered, never in rain or foul weather, never beaten on, adult owned and cared for. 1 of 300 custom tins from the factory for that year, root beer with green metal flake / golden metal flake, it looks black and gold except when the sun hits it just right. All factory service done at Classic HD including recent 5000 mile service. Well over $10,000 extra put into this bike. New job and life changes force the sale of my baby. ALL SERIOUS OFFERS CONSIDERED. I prefer a local, cash sale but I would consider shipping to an out of town buyer under the right circumstances. The prospective buyer will be provided the VIN upon an agreement of sale. If the bars are a deal breaker I'll consider paying the cost to have the factory bars and cables re-installed. You will still get to keep the apes, cables and risers.

Not pictured but included: Large HD rain suit, HD leather messenger bag, HD bike cover, HD factory service manual, HD owners manual, size 52 Hot Leathers leather jacket, Hot Leathers large chaps, battery tender w/harness, cleaning towels, polish plus much much more.

*As seen in the pics, it can be setup in minutes for touring with windshield, backrest and messenger bag or solo for a stripped down look*

Features and Extras:
Factory security system w/2 fobs
Optional Aluminum smooth laced wheels
Optional paint (listed above)
Hillside Cycle Stage II heads, valve springs and ported intake

Bump for the best deal I've seen on this forum in a very long time.

What a nice bike, at an incredible price. Try listing on Cycle Trader if you haven't done so.

And emphasize the custom paint and engine upgrades. You're giving this bike away and I feel for you. Had to do the same thing myself when we lived in Pottstown a few years ago.

Thanks Frank. I have it on Cycle Trader and local Craigslist. I'm going for Ebay next.

I don't have to sell it but it's not doing me any good if I can't ride and I want to buy a new car so, it is what it is. I really would have thought it would have gone at this price by now but I guess the weather just isn't right yet.

yea, I thought mine would go quickly too but I was wrong. I don't understand the market. You have a beautiful bike and if I wanted a custom deluxe, i would buy yours in a minute.

Did you try consigning it at an HD dealer? They take 10%, but get top dollar, and this time of year would sell it quick.
