I just wanted to give a shout of recommendation to Richard .

I was the buyer of his Softail Deluxe listed below and I just had to say how happy i was not only with the bike but being able to deal with a guy like Richard.

I had a lot of problems with my shipping co getting the bike collected as they let us down on 3 occasions. I am sure most sellers would have lost patience and just told me it was my problem. Richard worked with me even having to get time off of work on 2 occasions. He helped me completely and checked in with me regularly .

I know that there isnt a thread for feedback but i wanted people to know that you can completely work with Richard, he is a top notch guy.
