Default WTB: Cheap Shovel, pan or evo

like the title says, I'm looking to buy a cheap shovel, pan or last choice, evo.

I keep hearing people say "that bike would only be 'X' around here". So lets see what's out there

perfect world, FL shovelhead, good looking/running bike that you've tried to sell on craigslist without interest from anyone and are now ready to move

Season is coming to an end in much of the country

You need to define cheap.

Cheap to Bill Gates is not the same as John Doe.

In 1979 the title matched the frame not the motor, don't know what good a "titled motor" is.

It always bothers me when I see some post-1970 motors are coming with titles, when that title should have gone with the frame. It screws over the person who got the frame, as well as the person who buys the motor. It puts buyers on the wrong side of the law - if they get caught.

I can find decent shovels around here for 7500-10000, and at 10k have a choice of dozens of quality bikes

I keep reading on these forums that shovels and evos are selling in their area for $3500-$4000. and early twin cams for $5500ish

so before I buy a local bike for $7500-10k, I want to see these cheap big twins that are thrown about the country, just not where I live apparently. I'll fly in and ride home for up to 1000 miles away and ship for something further

here's where I am... I haven't ridden much the last few years, with 2 tween daughters, a job and a few other toys I just wasn't finding the time to ride, and recently sold my fatboy. The day after I sold I had sellers remorse and started looking for another bike. I'm looking to pick up something that won't bother me when I see it sitting for 350 days a year. And to top it off, old iron is cool, and evos are reliable. so I'm looking Shovelhead most likely, because everyone with a pan or knuckle think their sitting on a goldmine, and if I can't find a shovel, an evo will work too
