This bike is a gold key package bike. That means it has all the emblems the 100th anniversary emblem on the front fender on the windshield the derby cover timing cover ac cover and a gold key.

Not sure but less than you can get outright. Lets say your bike is worth 14,000 that means there going to offer you about 10 or 11,000 trade so they can make some cash on it.
The ultra is still up for sale put on craigslist last night and starting to get the calls and it will go to ebay monday if not sold buy end of the day.
