Bad news folks. I herniated two discs in my back very badly at work. Doctor says if they don't go back in soon I'll have to have surgery. Either way this season is probably shot. I can't ride more than a couple of miles before the pain gets to me. I don't know if I'll have to sell the bike yet but I am entertaining offers.
My bike is an '08 XL1200R. They only made them for a short while in '08 then phased them out. Mine is the optional Pearl Black, has 2,200 miles and is showroom. The only thing I got a chance to change was the gas cap and any one who's tried to remove the stock one with gloves knows why! All fluids were switched to synthetic. There are no issues with the bike and it still has a year left on the warrantee. My contact info is in my bio.
