I think part of the problem may be the "Non-Negeotiable " part. Everyone wants a carrot when buying a $20K bike. As soon as people see that they won't even make an offer. Try a softer approach.
Lots of bikes out there and it doesn't matter what a book says its worth. What matters is what someone is willing to pay you for it. It's hard to get financing and most don't have $20k cash floating around for a 6 year old bike.
I think those with cash are king right now for buying used bikes. Also, the 2013's just came out so everyone is waiting to see what's up with those. If the release is exciting, then bikes will flood the market to make room for the new ones which sucks if your trying to sell.
On a positive note it's a beautiful bike. Good luck with your sale.

You're right non-negeotiable is a hard stance that leaves little to the imagination.
As far as what the "book" says validates the financing worth that finance institutions rely on. I know the sale price is conditional on more than a NADA book but a solid base of worth and market conditions. It's not like I have a 07 Streetglide with a bunch of upgrades and taking a list of options to the bank and trying to convince them of the price.
I don't know about anyones personal credit rating or how they get financing but a six year Factory Screamin Eagle model is still easily financed.
As far as comparing to a new 2013 FLHRSE is where one comes to stark comparisions.
This bike has 10,000 miles and would be at least 35% cheaper and the buyer would have to have deeper pockets yet.
For the record 04-05 Screamin Eagle Electra Glides with less than 15,000 miles are still commanding and getting more than $17,000.
