Can anyone suggest an economical place to stay in Billings?
I haven't stayed anywhere there and need advise
As an option I've been told there's cabins at the KOA but haven't looked yet

Curious to see what you find out. We'll be staying somewhere around there the night of Aug 1st.

 

5-8 of us are leaving July 31
That night we'll be at the O'Haire motor inn in Great Falls
Picking up the stragglers along the way
The gf has pinched nerves so depending on her comfort we may just ride from Great Falls right into Sturgis Aug 1st
It's all dependent on her condition

 

I'm from the Bakken region of ND and I've stayed in Billings quite a few times. I know that there are some people out there who refuse to stay in certain hotels but generally I go for a combination of cheapest with continental breakfast/least amount of roaches. A couple of times for work I have stayed at the Super 8 and I've also stayed at the Dude Rancher Lodge. Both nice, rated well, and under $90 a night.

Remember to check on Expedia prior to checking in or doing a face-to-face booking, sometimes you can get better deals that way. I always check with Expedia and if the price is less than advertised in person, I ask that they match the price or I step back and order on my phone.

I always stay with friends when I go to Billings, but last time I was there my cousin stayed at the Boothill Inn & Suites. I dropped her off there, and it look really nice. She raved about it.
