This bag came with the Road King that I just purchased. I purchased a 2up seat so the bag is no use to me.

The Bag is great condition, it was not on the bike long at all...

 

Is the bag mounted by using the two rear seat bolts? If so, what is the distance between the two holes?

Yes, that's exactly where it was mounted, it looks cool and is very functional with a solo seat.
