Default Sturgis Campgrounds 2017

My wife and I are planning to head out this year again. We've been there three times before. Last two times, we stayed in our tent at No Name City just outside of town by the National Cemetery. We are hoping to take the toy hauler this year with the bike inside, simply because we bought it to use it. Any other places to stay that AREN'T Glencoe or the Chip? We want to party but also want to relax and have some down time overnights. Getting out there the Thursday before rally begins.

Shade Valley is one place to look into. Unfortunetaly, I haven't been there but it would be on my short list.

There is a neat , quiet one in Peidmont, just north of Rapid City, run by an Air Force couple from the Big Base! We had breakfast every morning at the VFW, & Dinner across the Highway (underpass) every night! That would be my 1st choice!

Lamphere campground or Days End Campground. Both close enough to action yet can relax when you want.

Wyatt's hideaway campground in Belle Fourche is where I've stayed a couple of times and will again this year. Nice place and quiet.
