Default 2006 HD DYNA Streetbob FXDBI

Hello Riders! Hate start my membership off with a problem. I'm repeadily popping my "Accessory" fuse immediately when I turn my key to the ON position. I looked in my manual for what parts fall under this circuit. Didn't find any details for that effort. Looking for any experience and suggestions to my problem and if anyone had same? Prior to the fuse popping, while riding one day, i was told my headlights & all four running lights & taillight were out. Had brake lights. Took the battery out and let everything reset. Everything was on an working prior to starting. After riding about an hour, riders noticed my right front & rear turn signal went out, a few minutes later, my taillight went out then my left rear turn signal only. The front left turn signal stays on as well as my LED headbeam. While riding back home, they noticed the back taillight & right rear turn signal would come on and off slowly and then went ought all together. Now the fuse pops as soon as the key is turned on.

My fuse panel illustration states,
1. Start Relay 2. System Relay 3. Maxi-Fuse (40 amp) 4. ECM module
5. Fuel Pump 6. Blank (Engine Control Fuse) 7 & 8 Blank 9. Customer Accessory 10. P&A Ignition 11. Battery 12.Accessories 13. Insturments 14. Ignition 15. Lamps

I have pulled out my fuse panel, battery box, disasembled my two handgrip assemblies for visual inspections. Efforts toward process of ellimination with parts, I replaced my TSSM with a TSM (not married to the ECM), can't at this point. When the key is on with the fuse blown, I can't run a diagnostic for DTC's. The headlamp and the front left turn signal is on and the odometer, but won't go into diagnostics. The only add-ons to the bike inwhich have been on the bike since 2006 are the Power Commander, Rear Brake light module for turn signals to brake lights. Most recently about two months ago, I install a LED headbeam from custom dynamics in place of the mfg headbeam. Everything else it factory. I am at my whits searching for the problem. I don't want to carry it to HD...you know why! If no one has any suggestions, I will have to try an trace the wires from the back of the fuse panel to where they lead...don't envy that course of action. Would appreciate any HELP?
