Hi, I'm David from Georgia, looking forward to meeting fellow bikers and learning more about my hog,
Also,,,
I have a 2003 Sportster 883 Hugger Anniversary Edition, I'm needing a rear tire 130/90/16 and like the Commander II, from JP cycles I found the tire size but they state it doesnt fit the hugger model, but fits the standard XHL sportster model.. Why ? and what tire is recommended ?

Welcome from the eastern shore of Maryland. If the tire you have works don't worry so much about what JP says, it may have had a different wheel or something that they have listed, I would go with you have.
