Hello from San Jose CA
How's it going everybody!? Hope I'm doing this intro thing right.
I'm a 19 year old guy from San Jose CA, been into bikes my whole life and just recently purchased a Harley, sort of.
It's a 99 Softail, Frame, engine and tranny. Got a really good price on it so my project has begun. I hope to make it a chopper with nothing but the bare essentials. Less is best, I hear. I have nothing besides that so far. I plan on buying a front end and a swing arm this month and a few other things to start mocking up a rolling chassis. All in all, I want this project to be finished by 4th of July.
With that being said, I hope to use you guys for help with questions or your guys's experience when it comes to bike building as this is my first, but definitely not my last. Also, last but not least, hope to become part of the brotherhood I'm assuming this website has.

P.S where would be the best place to ask questions regarding the front end and swingarm for my build?
