Big THANK YOU
To all the techs on HD Forums,
I have been restoring an old 74 FLH as a winter project, and this is the first bike I've owned in 24 years! Went with an old shovel cause that's what I knew back in the day. So... it was basically a step up from basket case, so I had my hands full with her. While some things came back to me as I was working on her, some things did not. THAT is where HD Forums tech area and the wonderful techs out there came in! Thanks to the wonderful posts and advice, ya'll really got me off to a great start on this old girl! I took her around the block for the first time just a few weeks ago, and that is partly thanks to you.
I have some tech questions that I need some answers to, so that's why I've finally decided to become a member and become part of the community. Very excited and look forward to meeting ya'll!
