Taking the opportunity to say "hi" to the folks on the forum. Unfortunately, I won't be posting much to the forum in the next month or so. My wife and I are leaving on a trip tomorrow morning, going to South Carolina, Nova Scotia, Alaska, and the final stop being Sturgis in the first week of August before we return home. This will be our 35th year at Sturgis and we will be staying at Mystery Mountain Resort south of Rapid City for the week of the Black Hills Classic.

We are new Harley owners, having ridden primarily Goldwings and put a collective ~355,000 miles on those over the years. We've wanted a Ultra for 15 years and finally got one a few weeks ago, and we absolutely LOVE it. We did not get a new one - ours is a "classic" being an '89 Evo.

Also want to extend a "hello" to "Bagga", another member of the forum here we kind of know from Wisconsin.

So, once again, "hi" to everybody! We won't be around on the forum much in the next 6 weeks as we'll be putting our new (to us) Harley thru its paces and riding it for what it was built for. But we'll check in when we get back and hopefully have a bunch of photos from our summer trip for everyone to enjoy.
