Hello New Owner of a 09 Fat Bob from York PA
Hello Guys and Gals,
I found one 3200 mile 09 Fat Bob last week on CL and managed to get it for $7800! I started riding motorcycles on our 77 acre farm at 10 years old with a 2 HP Briggs & Stratton engine on a yard mini bike. My first real motorcycle was a 1966 (2) stroke Bridgestone 90 at 13 years old. After I started working for the public at 16 years old as a machine operator trainee I bought a slightly used 1978 Yamaha DT400. Some of my friends were in very bad street wrecks so I went strictly dirt riding and bought a Yamaha IT 465 and sold the 400. Anyway, here I am 54 years old with my 09 Fat Bob and so happy with it. I'm looking forward to learning all about the Harley Davidson motor cycles. I feel very lucky to live in York PA where they assemble them.
