Dunlop D407 200/55r17
Just had my 2007 Fatboy in for 5000 maintanance and they told me I needed a new back tire. This seems pretty low miles for needing to replace tire already. Can some one tell me a tire that is a good tire and grips the road and maybe last longer then 5000 miles. Thanks Blade

Trya search for Avon tryes. I used to swear by them, but havent needed to change my tryes yet on the current bike.

Where I live the roads are flat and straight and alot of highway driving. I can get between 8000 and 9000 miles on a back tire. My brother lives in the mountains of North Carolina. Lots of curves and downshifting. He gets about 5000 miles on a back tire. It all depends on where you live and road conditions
