Default RE: Big Bore kit

First of all welcome to the forum, from Central Il., it's great and I enjoy it.

In March I had the 95 kit installed in my 2000 Fatboy, WOW I can't say enough about it honestly some of the best money I've spent on the bike even chrome I'm starting to think. Also had 257 cams installed, already had the intake and exhaust. Torque is unblievable riding loaded two up or just needing to pass on the highway I have it now where i didn't before. There is one bad thing if/when I trade I won't be happy with a stock unit again. Currently i hav 35k miles on it and 1500 on the new motor.

That's my take and 2 cents worth......

Hello from Columbia, MO
95 kit is great and reliable, go for it.
Power is there when you need it, not just for speed.
Reminds me of the 80's when 4 bangers were put in most cars to save gas. Great until you needed to get out of someones way or cross a 4 lane or pass a tractor. Extra would have been nice then. Depending on where you ride in 1000 miles you may want the extra also.

Hello and welcome from Illinois!

Go for the 95" kit. I love mine. Had it installed first thing.

Like they said riding a HD isn't about speed, but sometimes the extra power helps get you outta the way of the crazy cager!
