Hey,
So I have tinkered on with things with motors for years, have had an early 70's enduro that makes most people cross eyed trying to figure out what or when it was.
I have now come to be the owner of a 1977 SX Aermacchi HD
I am fully aware that this places it as a 2stroke, as well as the AMF ownership of H-D....meaning it is from the "Dog Days Of Summer",
However I have always been smiled upon by lady luck and anything with a motor and still intact enough tends to run better than it's design limitations should allow.
I know most like to bash any hog from any point in AMF as being a gutless swine at a pork roast.....Well DONT this is a PJ bike and will end somewhat custom someday

Thanks Guys,
I am a long time Gearhead first time H-D owner, I like my rides old and that tends to make everything but getting parts simple.
I have a theory that follows as,
"If there isn't too much missing, and nothing is seized,it can be saved from a scrapyard ending"
I started building custom bicycles around 15 yrs ago,Had an older gentleman that owned a auto garage/used dealership teaching me things after school and on weekends and then well I got the Gearhead virus.
If I could break it,I had to at least try to fix it
