06 Ultra
I am a new member! I have an 06 Ultra. I am having a problem with my idle. My idle is normal when I start off. As the temp increases, so does my idle. As much as 2300 rpms when sitting at a light. The idle plate is at the idle stop adjustment screw where it should be when I am sitting still, but the idle is high. I did notice that if I shut it down, the idle will reset back to 1000 rpm's temporarily. But it will start increasing again after a mile or so. Everything mechanical has been adjusted properly per the service manual. I do own a manual, but not a troubleshooting manual. I am on a fixed income, so I do most all of my own work. Can anyone give me an idea as to where to start?
