2005 fxdc backfires/pops through carb
I have a 2005 fxdc that I just installed vance &hines slip-ons and a vance&hines vo2 air cleaner. it recommended that I use a 180 main jet and im running a 46 pilot, with 3 1/4 turned out mixure screw. I now have a backfire/pop (with smoke) through the carb it also has a backfire through the exhaust on decel. can anyone suggest what would be the proper or best set up ( jets ) to run. I live in ohio so now this time a year it is cool in the morning and warms during the day. thanks to everyone and I look forward to using these forums a lot, they are so helpful. the pic is before the upgrades!
