New Rider
Hey all,
Been browsing the forums since I got my bike two weeks ago. I´m a new rider, with about 500 miles on my 2011 Sportster 1200 Custom so far. Always worried about my skinny frame and 5´7 height riding a Harley but have actually seen the Sportster fits me nicely. Harleys seem gigantic when you first hop on because of the weight and all.
General background, I´ve always wanted a Harley since I saw Arnold ride a Fat Boy in Terminator 2. Took longer than I wanted, getting married and buying a house, but finally got one at 26. Still shocked the wife didn´t take much convincing.
The bike is my pride and joy and I can never get enough of riding. Usually do an hour or so riding per day when I can.
Thanks everyone for the huge amount of information I´ve already found on this forums. It´s amazing the work and information on here that everyone contributes. Truly an awesome community.

At everyone else - Thanks for the warm welcome fellas. I´ll have some pics up soon...once I´ve actually taken them. Been too busy riding to take any so far.
