I think small hand size is a valid point for both women and some men. I do believe there are some aftermarket manufacturers that make smaller levers for clutch and brake with a shorter pull, but they may be difficult to find. I hear ebay could be a possible source, although I haven't check into it.

Next time you're back in the dealership ask the sales guy if HD is also planning to put automatic brakes on the bikes for those young ladies that can't their little hands around the clutch. Seems like the front brake lever is about the same size as the clutch lever but hey maybe they have bigger, stronger right hands. Yeah that's probably it. That and nobody really ever uses or needs the front brake.

Yup. I rode a Suzuki Bergman 650 once upon a time, and it had an electronically controlled CVT. That scoot was wicked fast. Much more evolved than the cvts on snowmobiles.

My wife is 5'2".
No issues with brake or clutch.

Harley has an electric bike (automatic), the Street 750, and 550. So now they are talking about an automatic gas powered bike? What's next, the Sidewalk 250 automatic scooter? I can see the future forum question.....I was on my way to Starbucks the other day on my Sidewalk 250 and was wondering if I should get a dyno tune so I can jump the curb easier?

Maybe there's a market for the auto? But the clutch and gears make my day Lol, can't really imagine how the rineharts would sound with an automatic. :-)
