Default Customizing a 15 RG special

The sales manager at our local dealer asked me to do some powder coating on his 15 RG. He gave me some leeway and we decided to compliment the factory paint and stripes. Below are some progress pics

Red rocker boxes look great, something different and yet tasteful - other red engine bits not so much.

Fairing mounts - black or chrome IMO

Red wheels look way better than I'd have expected - wouldn't be surpised to see a rash of red wheels

Calipers? Perhaps a bit too much along with red wheels, one or the other looks good but not my bike so to each his own - overall a good look.

Nice paint and the Handy lift has to be the best on the market. I like the wheels. I would like to find someone that can do contrast chrome.

Like they say, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. A little busy for my taste. I like the rocker boxes and the wheels, the other stuff not so much. A few items just too break things up is good with me, JMO...

Love the wheels.

Verdict is still out the other stuff. I will reserve final judgment until you post pics of the completed project.

Thanks for the compliments guys. The owner/dealer didn't want any chrome on the bike so we eliminated it. We've also just finished doing a bunch of gloss black such as the tank console, brake and shift levers, passenger and rider floor boards, bars and a bunch of brackets. Once we get the bike together if we find the red is too much we may recoat a few pieces
