Looked around and trying to determine...are the black handlebars that are stock on the 2014 CVO Road Kings available and compatible for installation on a 2009 Road King?

I've checked the HD Parts manual and the haven't been able to determine this?

It's hard to say. Almost all the ones they list on their website will, but there are a couple for whatever reason that will not. They should be available. Your dealer should be able to pull up the part number.
