Default Siren false alarms?

How reliable are the new security systems, specifically to false alarms? I want to add the siren & pager to my 2014 Limited. My only concern would be false alarms & no way to disable other than leaving the fob in the vicinity or unplugging the siren.

I can remember when the alarm systems weren't very reliable. Are these newer systems better? Anyone with a siren had problems with false alarms?

I've had mine on my 2014 Ultra for over a year, never had a problem. Once in a while I will give the bike a hard shake with the fob at a distance to make sure it works.

If anything I wish it was more sensitive than it is.

I have it on all our bikes since 2005 never had any false alarm except when the bad battery was in the fob.
