Default Anyone Using Bel-Ray Big Twin Transmission Oil???

Has anyone used Bel-Ray Big Twin Transmission Oil?

I plan on using it today when I do my 5,000 service.

Dealer said it would reduce the clunking of the gear shifts.

I'm using Syn3 in the motor and primary.

Thanks for any input.

I've used it since 2000, so for 15 years it has worked flawlessly. Also, now it is branded as "Big Twin Transmission Oil", it is the same as their 85W-140

The "standard" oil change my dealer does is Bel-Ray in the trans, Harley formula+ in the primary and Harley dino oil in the engine.
I had the 1k and 5k done with this and my bike likes it.

Red Line V Twin Trans fluid is what I have had the best luck with in terms of smoothing out the shifting and reducing the clunk. I have run red line products in all 3 holes in all of my prior bikes and will be switching the new bike to it shortly. JMHO.

I did Bel Ray Hypoid Gear Lube 85/140 (non synthetic) and HD Primary + in the primary at 3,000 miles. Dealer did the 1,000 mile with HD synthetic in all three but as others have said, the primary and compensator were rather noisy so that's why I switched. Just got back from a 3,500 mile ride and I will stay with Bel Ray and Primary +. Smooth shifts and better clutch feel as well as quieter.

I use bel ray in my transmission and primary and I switched from HD Syn. It was time for the wife's RK to have the trans changed and I switched hers too and went ahead and did the primary as well.

She went for a ladies ride today and asked what I did different on her clutch. She said it shifts smoother and much easier to get neutral.
