2015 clutch removal!!!???!
Pulling the clutch and compensator off my 15 RoadGlide to install a chrome inner primary.
Service manual shows a cable clutch, not the hydraulic.
My clutch has a 1/2 inch snap ring in front of a thin bearing.
Service manual shows the nut we would normally see.
What gives?
Are there updates to the service manual?
Service manual also says to torque compensator bolt to 175 lbs ?what??
I don't have a torque wrench that goes that high?
Any words of wisdom out there?
Thanks for your time,
Varooom

put it all back together just like the cable(RK). then there is a section 5.7 i think that shows the hyd release bearing and pushrod.
Compensating sprocket bolt, 100 ft-lbs 135.6 Nm
1st torque
Compensating sprocket bolt, 175 ft-lbs 237.3 Nm
final torque
94.9-108.5
Nm
Clutch hub mainshaft nut 70-80 ft-lbs
Primary chain tensioner 21-24 ft-lbs 28.5-32.6 Nm
hope that helps.

Couple things...
You'll need some way of keeping the comp from turning while loosening/tightening. Harley sells a way overpriced tool for it, Amazon has them for like 80% less. I just made my own, it's just a flat piece of steel 3/16 thick X 1 1/2 X a little less than 6" long.
Also, get a new comp bolt. They're amazingly only about $5 at the dealer. That thing gets tightened way tight, backed off, and tightened insanely tight. At that point I have to assume it's stretched. Very cheap insurance.
Good luck.
