Tallest bars on 14/15 Road King without cable change

What is the tallest set of handlebars that can be put on the Rushmore Road King (2014/15) without changing the front brake line or clutch cable?

Seems like every manufacturer measures theirs differently but I went with 13.5 " LA Chippers Prime Apes. It was a stretch, literally, to use the stock lines but they worked.
