I have 13" LA Choppers Twin Peak Apes and for me they are fantastic.
Wrist position is great and I have my bar pulled towards me some verse straight up. I'm not reaching for my grips and the 13"'height is perfect IMO. My fingures don't go numb which is a plus. You might want to check these bars out.
I'm 6' tall and 205 lbs.

Well, while in Sturgis I ordered a set of KST Kustoms 12" Mayhem Baggers in high gloss black.
I have been running them for about 6 weeks now and have about 3k miles with them.
LOVE THEM!
A pain to wire the right side, but that was expected.
Also upgraded to some Avon grips and black HD levers. Mirrors are from when the guy in Keystone decided that I didn't need my factory fairing mounted mirrors anymore.
Nothing but good things to say about them! they are almost parallel to the fairing and are at the perfect height. Minimal wrist pain (tiny bit only in my left wrist) and my shoulders feel far better now! They are also helping with my back on longer rides.
My only regret is not buying them sooner!
