Default How check rear tire air pressure?

Short of taking off a saddlebag, is there no other way? Seems awfully cumbersome. I used to check my Fat Boy Lo pressure pretty much every ride, but the new Road Glide Special seems to make that very impractical.

I bought one of those flexible valve extensions from HD for 12 bucks. Works better, but you still have to get to the stem to screw the extension on first.

I take the right side SB off and roll the valve to 10:00 position. Getting too old and stiff to lay on the floor and do it

Try these, makes it easier to get to it from the ground without taking the bag off or really easy with the bag off. Click on the PDF link at the bottom of the page to find the correct one for your model. For my 14 SGS it's an 11.3

Is this what you're talking about? Might be something good for the tool kit.

Got this idea from a member here. Made from a bicycle pump and a valve stem, a couple bux. Snap it on, snap it off, no air loss in between. Works great.

Looks like a lot of forum members have had good luck with these valves

My uncle ran them on his V Muscle and loved them.

Wouldn't something that heavy throw off the balance of the wheel/tire?
