Song info does not display
I'm having problems displaying song info on my radio. On my 2015 Ultra Limited I stream SiriusXM from the app on my phone via bluetooth to the radio on the bike. I have the BOOM! Audio 6.5GT. My phone is an HTC Droid DNA. When the bike is in the 'accessory' position the song name and artist will display on my screen- no problems. As soon as I change from 'accessory' to ignition or crank the engine the screen goes blank briefly and then in small text it reads: "1 OF 1" on the screen. Sometimes the song name and artist will display momentarily, then it goes away as soon as the engine is running, or when the next song plays. I know the bike is capable of displaying song name and artist and station name because as I said it does all of this in accessory, and then briefly after ignition or until the next song. I checked compatibility with my HD-Radio and my phone on Harley's website (list of approved devices). I recently updated my radio's firmare also and there was no change in this behavior from the old version to the new one. My SiriusXM app on my phone is up to date and my phone firmware is up to date also. Anyone else have this problem or a similar issue? If anyone has the same setup could you please try what i'm doing and see if you encounter the same issue?

I have the same issues as you are. I listen to Spotify via blue tooth from an Droid Verizon phone. I am an older guy and not very tech savvy so I have just been putting up with it. I have had the bike for about 5 weeks and still learning how to use some of the features on the infotainment system.

I randomly have issues with songs playing from my iPhone (via Bluetooth)... if I turn off the bike while a song is playing, when I restart the bike and manually reconnect to the iPhone (what a PITA), it displays a previously played song along with the progress indicator. The correct song is displayed when the song actually changes, OR if the progress indicator runs out of time before the song finishes playing.

Uh huh..
^Right, but if the bike DOES display the metadata for the very first song each and every time, and the audio source remains the same, why shouldn't it continue to work that way? I believe this to be a glitch within the firmware. It's a new bike and Harley still has bugs that need worked out. C'mon guys. . this is a forum for discussion. I hope no one expects me to be silenced with a "read page 59", or "read page 79" reply. Would be nice to enjoy the bike with all its features performing flawlessly. Let's keep our fingers crossed for a fix. .
