Have 7500 miles on my 15 RK, Syn3 in all holes. Clutch lever started feeling loose at 2500 miles and I started getting chatter shifting from 2nd to 1st if I didn't have the lever pulled flat to the grip. At about 4000 miles I tightened it up a bit and it worked better. It's still happening and I'm worried I'm effing things up inside. Is there something wrong or does it just need adjusting? If it needs adjustment, how do I adjust it to not have to be all the way to the bar to engage and stop the chatter. Obviously, I'm shifting early, but this is the only gear it happens in.

I would dump the syn 3, adjust the clutch and go back with the formula in the primary.
I bet that will fix it.
