Default Air brush or graphics wrap

I have a 15 SGS and am thinking I would like to dress it up a little. I always assumed I won just get it air brushed, but then out of the blue I had a thought: graphics wrap? Wondering if anybody has done a graphic wrap on their HD and of so, how did it look/work out?

My tattoo artist is also an air brush artist and I also work with a graphics company often at work, and they do vehicle wraps - so I have access to both locally.

Thanks all!!

That was one of the benefits I saw as well. Have you ever had a bike wrapped or seen one that was?

I have a VW GTI and on that forum a lot of the younger guys were into wrapping. Definitely a generational thing, and while i can see the pros and cons of a wrap vs's paint i am not a fan. Nothing looks as good as a professionally painted/pinstriped vehicle.

I wouldn't consider it, but, different strokes for different folks, so it is yours and it is reversible, so you won't do any lasting harm.

I am sure there are a some out there, google it.

I've never seen a bike wrapped, the cars I've seen were a novelty, done in colors not offered my mfg, but i never really liked them.

no experience with it, but saw some videos on You-tube with hydro-graphics.
they lay out a design on some kinda paper-film in a tank of water and then activate it with spray, and then dip parts. looked really cool.

Vehicle wraps are like stick on tattoos. Go with air brush.

Saw a Victory done with wrap last year......lets just say I'm glad it wasn't my bike. I think its something you might grow tired of very quickly - trendy!

I think it really depends on the look you are going for. If you have the right design there is no need to change it later on.
With airbrushing you can get more depth in the colors and design. To me wraps and hydro dips tend to be flatter in appearance. You also can't mix design elements with the wraps like goldleaf and candy
