Default Kuryakyn 2014+ extended rear brake lever

Was browsing today and came across a listing for this, looks like they are making a reasonable cost extended rear brake lever in both chrome and black. The list 2 different lengths, one for lowers and one for without. At 50%-100% cheaper than every other option, they might be worth a closer look. Anybody have one and some insight?

Not to many Forum members prefer a Kueyakyn part over a Harley part, but it may be ok for you.

I would usually agree with that, however, some of their hard parts (not the cheap trim stuff) that I've seen are decent. I had a set of 3" extended forward controls on an '05 FXST from kuryakyn for the 10 years I owned it, still looked perfect when I sold it. In this case, Harley doesn't make an extended brake pedal for the 14+ yet, and other aftermarket parts cost $150-$200 compared to $100. Seems like a viable, budget friendly alternative to me. Thought someone might have some additional info.

I personally wouldn't put a Kury product on such a vital bike part - look at Softbrake ....

Just put the softbrake +1/out 1" and What a difference! The brake is now exactly where it should have been from the factory! All I can say is "Thank you Softbrake!"
