Default Tour pak wiring- need quick advice

Just got a King tour pack that I'm installing on my 2014 SG; I also got the lighted spoiler, and the interior/saddlebag lights. The lighted spoiler directions specified its wiring hole on the left side of the pack (pak was not drilled, the kit is provided directions to drill.. So I did that... That's a 3/8 hole with a grommet in it.. That's done.. That wiring goes to the area around the battery

Now with the interior/saddlebag light kit, it needs a 1" hole... And here's my question, should I put that hole in the same place as the 3/8 hole (make it bigger) or drill that 1" hole in the center out of sight? I wanted to hide it but I can't decide. This harness goes right to the battery.

So, enlarge the smaller hole? OR make a new hole in the center? , it would be a 1" hole with a split grommet in it for wires to pass through. I'm actually leaning towards a new hole, then I'd also move the wiring on the left to go through the new hole as well, ( I can cover the 3/8 with a flat grommet)

What should I do? I'm asking because I am NOT gonna be installing speaker pods, so the sides of the pak will be bare.

This is what I have now, I have not drilled the 1"hole yet

Since the wiring harness length is predetermined based on a specific grommet location, I would place the hole/split grommet in the location described in the instructions. This location varies depending upon which interior lighting kit you purchased (some use a hole located where you have placed your 3/8" hole, others use a hole similarly placed on the right side of the TP.

Yeah there's that; I have enough extension to put it anywhere, I was wondering if that is specified to go there because it might be hidden by speaker pods, and I'm not going to install speaker pods so I was considering hiding the whole harnesses out of sight in the middle just under the backrest
