Default Anyone using a Saddlemen RoadSofa LS

Can't take the stock seat anymore and looking to replace it with something more comfortable without sacrificing the looks. I have a 15 FLHTKL. I tested a Corbin last week with the wife; she liked it but it sat me a little higher which put me back up on the ***** of my feet. The salesman said that the factory reps will be out for biketoberfest offering a 10% discount and will be able to custom fit the seat somewhat but I'm also considering other options. I had a danny grey but crack once and liked it pretty well, but have to keep the passenger in mind...

I found this http://www.saddlemen.com/ls-road-sofa- while browsing the internet and like the looks but would like some feed back from anyone who has used one.

Looks comfy.
I'd try it.

My wife does not like to sit 1.5 foot higher than me as she catches way too much wind and says it looks dorky.
I agree with her.

My friend bought one while in Sturgis. Other than it sitting me too far forward I really thought it was comfy (I rode it a few miles). If they could move the rider back 2.5 or so inches I might think of getting one. I think I'll just have Chuck at C&C Seats make my next seat since I am happy with the one he made that I currently sit on. BTW the RoadSofa looks very well made and came with a cover!
