I purchased aftermarket leds for the headlamp. they will only operate on high beam. thought I had defective light so purchased another from different seller. same result, when plugged in they go to high beam. switch does nothing to change that. this is a 2014 Harley street glide. purchased same light for my 04 road king with passing lamps and it works fine. I also installed the adapter harness required for rushmore models. any input would be greatly appreciated

 

Bad harness? Should be pretty easy to test with a volt meter.
