Default Here's how I ran my wires in my 12" KST Mayhems

i pulled the 6 pin tbw plug and then put shrink wrap around the green connector so it wouldn't pull apart. I left the white connectors on the can bus harness.

I use about 8" of shrink wrap at the end of each harnes that I pull. This protects the wires and plugs as I work them thru the bars, especially the ones with peaks at the top. The shrink wrap also makes for a good attachment point for my pull cable. Just leave about 2" extend past the harness. I flatten it then put some holes to snake the cable thru then wrap the cable for about six inches and secure with electrical tape ove those six inches.

I used 3 pieces of fishing wire to eventually pull my steel cable thru, 1 on the left, 2 on the right. (Since I only have enough steel cable to pull one harness at a time). Just put a fish weight at the end of each fish wire and let gravity do the rest. For each harness pull, I first use the fish line to pull the cable thru. Then I use the cable to pull the harness.

On the right side I pulled the can bus harness first, then the tbw harness. Since I don't use heated grips, I just folded the pigtail with black connector back and secured with a zip tie. I save the other half of the heated grip harness if I need in the future.

I also use conduit lubricant made by ideal that I found at lowes. Then I use the push pull method. I learned that "push" is just as important, if not more, as "pull" on apes with peaks or sharp corners.

at least 2 of you that ran wires easily without taking apart look to be doing CVO's. Last I knew they had longer throttle wires that made it much easier.(connector not close to throttle)

I definitely think shrink tubing would be helpful in running these through.
