Default Your Top Three Rushmore Road King mods.

Might have a little extra scratch ($), and wondered what RK owners think are the top three mods to do to a 2016 RK.

Honestly, I'm pretty happy with my bone stock bike and my only mod was a Mustang solo very low profile seat....so my feets touch the dirt.

Thanks in advance.

Stage 1 will get you about 10hp.

can cost under $400 for a smart DIY or run a couple of grand to drop off at the dealer

For Performance suspension, stage 1 and decat

I've done a few mods to my stock bike and This would be firsts on my list.

1) Stage 1.
2) Re-curve Windshield the correct height.
3) Highway Pegs.

I would have put seat at the top of that list but you did that already. That was the first to go.

First mod I do to any bike is to put some decent lighting on it.

JW Speaker can help you out.

first 3 things to to IMHO -

FP3 & DIY breather bypass mod - you don't NEED a full stage 1 - the FP3 will make it loads better.

Apes - stock handlebars suck

Softbrake / EZbrake - the position of the stake brake pedal is a joke.

1) Bars
2) Slip ons
3) highway pegs

When I get my FP3, that might jump to 2nd...
