I've use BT several times recently. Takes a few days to ship, but since I already know that....not a big deal. Spoke with Anthony at Cust Srv. a couple of times as well, he has been very helpful to me.

I think you're on to something here. Having been a business owner. I have exercised my right to refuse service, because the amount I'd have gotten paid wasn't worth the grief I'd of dealt with after.

Boardtracker HD and Anthony has come thru for me EVERY time. Use the same amount of energy calling or emailing the source instead of Internet poor mouthing.

Sometimes when you give someone a bar of gold, they complain it's too heavy. Just sayin.

I've bought from them quite a few times over the last couple of years and never had a problem. Placed an order a few days ago, got an immediate confirmation email and the order shipped the following day - can't ask for more than that.

Did that. As stated in a previous thread.

You like 'em, I don't. So what?

We're both right. There's no "wrong" here. We live in America, at least the last I heard.

Well, it must be just an isolated incident with me then. I've always read good things here, that's why I tried them in the first place.

Oh well... **** happens, I guess.

Plus, I've gotten spoiled over the years by the generally excellent service from the Amazon and Ebay sellers.

Ya, don't be in hurry to get your parts. I live 1 state away and it takes in minimum of 1 week and the worst for me was 2. Bought a lot of stuff and always got an email within 24 hours. There shipping has gotten out of hand, used to be free shipping over 100 bucks then $250, now its $5 bucks over 250. If you get anything under $100 you might as well just buy it from the dealer as you don't really save anything.
I ordered a GPS antenna the other day and it was $12 shipping for a 2 ounce item! No one carry's them so what do you do?

In my humble opinion, You my friend are full of ****!
eBay and amazon can't hold a candle. Ever try to call and talk to someone at either one of them. When you do finally get ahold to someone at amazon they don't speak English and eBay has no customer service number.
Who you crapin?
Go back to sleep
