You'll hear everything but nobody said floorboard spacers yet..I don't think. 3/4" to 1" out each side is a hell of a lot more comfortable.

Have you notice you are scraping the boards more often now? I was going to do this, but was worried about that.

Windshield, Highway Pegs, trunk lid organizer, security siren & fob, 3 pocket windshield pouch, heated grips (Did not come stock on the low), Screaming Eagle slip ons,, keystone auxiliary rear lights, LED Brake light, LED turn signals, HD shift linkage, HD Heel/Toe and brake pedal pads, driver's backrest

Still to come: FP3, new seat, front & rear suspension, saddlebag lights, illuminated windshield trim (though HD says not to do this if you have a fairing pouch), so might do the new illuminated fairing accent trim. Waiting to see it on a bike. Hard to judge from the picture.

I have the 3/4". Floorboards will scrape if you are pretty aggressive in a turn, like around town. Never scrapped at high speed though. And I'm not worried to the point that I changed my riding style.
