Has anyone found a passenger cup holder that will work on the 14 Limited? The only one I have been able to find is the "Hog Through Detachable Speaker-Mount Cup Holder" described in this link: http://www.hogtrough.com/portfolio/p...le-cup-holder/ Has anyone tried it yet? How does it work? I had the Kuryakyn 1482 on my 12 Limited and it worked great. When I pulled the extra's off my 12 before trading it in I sold the items I couldn't reuse on the 14. I called Kuryakyn at that time and was told the 1482 would work on the 14. It doesn't. The old tourpaks were straight across the front, the 14 is curved.

 

I'm disappointed at how slow accessories are coming out for the 14s.

 

I am using Kury part number 1462. Can be easily removed when you don't want it hanging around. Definitely on the pricey side but it works well for me.

 

I had the Rivco on the previous bike, and with the changes to the tourpak, it no longer fits. Sad, we really liked the fold away aspect of the Rivco. I've been thinking about buying one of these and seeing if I can modify it to fit the 14.

The Kuryakyn 1462 is what I use up front for me. Works great Holds 32oz plastic and some Styrofoam cups from convenience stores. Also holds 24oz sport bottles of water and my Pervis Harley Cup. But I need something on back for my wife. The Hog Trough I mentioned in the opening post is the only thing I have found so far for the passenger. I'm just concerned about the weight of a cup and the bouncing on bumps damaging the speaker pods. My wife really liked the Kuryakn 1482 I had on my 12 Limited. It uses the same basket as the 1462.

 

Hog Trough has redesigned the Detachable Passenger Drink Holder that attaches to the speaker pod. It now attaches behind the speaker pod like the Kuryakyn and say's it is for 2005-13. They say they will have one for the 14's by June 1st. I'm guessing my concern about the weight on the speaker pod must have been justified.
Kuryakyn has come out with a redesigned version of the part 1482 drink holder like I had on my 12 Limited. The version for the 14's is part # 1692 for $79.99. I called to order one and they said they are out of stock until mid to late May.

 

I put the HogTrough on my new Limited. It works great. I will get the passenger version when they come out in June. I used them on my 2013 Rode Glide Ultra and was very happy with them.

 

The Kuryakyn part # 1692 Passenger drink holder for the 14 Ultra and Limited are now available. I just received mine from CruiserCustomizing.com. They had them on sale for $65.99 when I ordered it last week. I'll add another picture of it after I get it installed.

 

I just got my Kuryakyn #1692 this week also. It was originally on back order.

 

The install was very easy, about 15 minutes taking your time. You do need a second person to hold the tourpak lid in place so it wont fall over while you un-hook the retractable tether from the tourpak. Attached are a few pics showing it installed and that it holds different sized drinks. It will hold anywhere from a 12oz can up to the 32oz drinks you get at convenience store due to the flexible rubber pegs on the inside of the holder. We had this same style on our 12 Limited and the wife loved it. I have the handlebar version up front for me.
