Default Upgraded 300 watt BOOM! system

I just ordered this system with the four "premium" speakers. Do any of you guys have it, and if so, how do you like it? Is it a significant improvement over the stock BOOM system that comes with the bike? I don't need to know how much better the aftermarket systems are since I've already ordered this one.

I did the boom speakers in the fairing and Boom amplifier and added 7" hogtune speakers in the lowers on my Street Glide.

LOVE IT! Really rocks!!

Everyone is really impressed with the sound. You will NOT be disappointed

I could not find any plug and play aftermarket systems at the time when I did it last September. Too many unknowns at the time.

I did just install one for a buddy of mine last week also.

Only drawback was that I had to take it in to get the computer flashed to read the amp and allow the fader to work.

I have the upgrade. All 4 speakers and amp. I am happy with it. When I blast it I can see peoples heads turning as I am coming down the road from 1/2 a block away. It's loud and I have no trouble hearing it while doing 80-90. I know there are other after market system that are louder but I wanted factory.

I installed to 2 speaker version this weekend, and had it flashed for the AMP and speaker upgrade. I also installed the communications cable. I had the system flashed for that also. I had them flash for the AUX input cable, even though it is not installed yet. The audio system sounds great.

I have the system on my bike and love it! I keep seeing JohmM's post and wonder how much better their system really is. Doesn't matter much to me though...I'm not changing a single thing on my bike.

I have the upgrade as well. Although it's not much louder than stock, it has a lot more punch and sounds great.

Putting in the HD Booms in the fairing and lowers this weekend....I am using the J&M 360W 4 channel amp not the HD. I am not having it flashed either. My dealer told me the BASS response is better without the flash.

I am also going to use a bit of poly fill to enhance the bass.

I did the complete Boom install myself, then took it to the dealer to be flashed. The flash makes a big difference in the sound quality with the Boom amp.

I did the Boom speakers with the J&M 360W amp as well. Took about 5 hrs for the total install and did not do the dealer flash. The J&M guys were great to work with and answer all of my questions. I told them what I was looking for and they did not try to push or up sell me to a more expensive system that would probably have been overkill for what I was looking for. I have no problem hearing it at 75 - 85MPH.
