My dealer just called me; asked me to bring my bike in for a new download, specifically for the automatic volume control issue. I will bring my bike in next week for the update. Just FYI

 

Were you having issues and had talked to your dealer?

Bike's going in Monday for 1K service, hope my dealer is onto this by then...just checked the HD website, still the .4 listed.

 

Yes. I had completed months ago. I have a early Limited.

Over time I had come to accept that the AVC worked but not as well as my previous bike. Frankly, I was not going to push the issue when out of the blue my service advisor calls me. He asked me to drop by so they could upload what is claimed to be a fix for the AVC

Good service from my dealer IMO.

As I said, I was surprised by the call from my service advisor. He is my go to guy for my bike. A real good guy.

 

Mine seems to be useless,have to keep dropping volume when stopping.

Mine doesn't work sometimes as well, when I go in and check speed control and go back out it starts working go figure didn't know there was a new update. just took my 2014 limited in yesterday for the first service was going to have them do the download for the spots to stay on but forgot. had some other issues with the bike after i picked it up please check out my post 2014 ultra limited SEPST MAP NEEDED
