Default Best windshield to reduce passenger buffeting on TK

I am 6" tall 32"inch inseam and have purchased 11" LRS this is about as high as I can go with out looking through the recurve area. It is excellent for me but it made some improvement for the wife but at highway speeds still bouncing her helmet around. Any one else have this issue and what are your suggestions for windshields or other possible fixes.

Thanks in advance.

How tall is your wife? I am 5'10" and she is 5'8". Having the same issue.

We are going to try a shield about 2" higher but haven'thad the chance to road test yet.

I will be following this with you.

I am 6' 4" 31 inseam and I ordered a 12" smoked. Got caught a couple of times in rain and wear a half helmet and got peppered pretty good around nose and mouth. I could duck down little and not feel any. Wife doesn't count as she is only 5'1" and barely reaches my shoulders. The wind does bounce my helmet little more than 2010 Tk did. think the extra 2 inches will help.

I was hoping I would not need to go taller as I don't like looking thru the wind shield.
I was hoping a to find a windshield design that would eliminate this for my wife.
also going to post question about passenger seat height. Thinking maybe a mustang seat not the super tourer but I think the are called the wide might drop her an inch or more.

RK.... Seat is something I am considering too.

Check with www.meancitycycles.com. I am pretty sure they can lower your passenger seat and still maintain comfort. I had my seat redone by them on my 2009.

I'd rather experiment with a much lessor costly mod to your stock seat instead of guessing on a much pricier option.

The LRS Flat top models are the best for 2up riding.

Just curious if she gets bounced around vent open, vent closed or both?
