First you must have SiriusXM with the weather package.

Looking at your GPS map at whatever zoom level you prefer (as long as it's not the closest option), then go to special services and look at the weather map, then go back to the GPS map. Does yours zoom all the way in and you have to manually zoom back out to your preferred level of zoom? Mine will always zoom to the closest or second closest level (can't remember which one). I then have to back out to my preferred zoom level.

My bikes been at the dealer for about 2 weeks now. My infotainment system does some wacky random stuff, yet that is the one thing that I can get it to do every single time. All software has been updated to the latest versions, HD is stumped. They want to replace the radio, I don't think that's it. It really appears to be a software issue. So does your do the same thing?

 

Yes! My 6.5 with XM/Sirrius Weather does exactly the same thing. I hope somebody has an idea on how to fix this, as it's pretty annoying at 80mph to have to mess with scale on the GPS when you come out of the weather mode. Anybody got an idea on this????????????????

 

Mine does the same as well. It makes me shake my head every time, but I'm sure it will be easy for them to fix it in a future update. Question is how far into the future?...
