Boom 1.18.1 released

HArdware version
If it makes any difference my bike is a 2014 Ultra Limited (built Sep 2013 - one of the early ones).
Don't make the same mistake I did (downloading from the US site) - you are in Australia so you will need to download from the Australia HD site (the bottom link on the page is the right file i.e file "for all locations outside the Europe and north America regions").

I have maps and everything working fine but I went straight from 17.1 to 1.18.1

Harley Australia said it WILL NOT work with the later hardware.

I thought the radio was retaining the last setting (radio, iPod, etc.)…but it doesn't. But after sitting overnight…the radio comes on as the default when the bike's fired up in the morning.
One thing…after one day on the new software build the screen hasn't stayed dark for 5 minutes after starting the bike up on a hot afternoon. So maybe there IS progress.

I bought my '14 Limited last September and updated that software to the 1.17.4. When the "unauthorized" 1.17.5 was available I updated with that as well, with no problems. Two days ago I upgraded to the 1.18.1 and everything, music, GPS, destinations, etc. work well. I have seen no problems whatsoever. Not sure why some folks are having various issues but my bike, and two others I know locally, that have used the same sequence of downloads, are not experiencing any problems at all.
